SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Phil Falcone is seriously considering a voluntary bankruptcy filing for troubled telecom LightSquared, Reuters reported late Wednesday, citing an interview with the Harbinger Capital Partners hedge-fund manager.
