Bankruptcy filings fall 17% in northwest Ohio

There were 266 new filings in November in the 21 counties covered by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Toledo, compared to 319 filings for the same month a year ago. About 240 cases were Chapter 7 liquidation petitions 26 were Chapter 13 repayment cases.
