Bankruptcy filings down 13%

Filings in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Toledo fell 13 percent in April compared with the same month a year ago, according to monthly statistics from the clerk of courts office. There were 481 cases filed last month, compared with 551 filed in April, 2013.
