Now, there are certain cases where cases don’t go well.  Things can happen.  You have trustees that decide to cause a problem and try to administer an asset that really shouldn’t be administered.  You have a Chapter 13 trustee who wants to argue over the budget and take their complete tax refund and scrutinize and want more and more to go to the creditors to the point where the debtor, the individual, has a hard time making the payment.  So there are cases where it doesn’t go well, but for the overwhelming majority of cases, you can wind up getting a real good result for your client, and that’s a good feeling.
