One of the things that I do is I provide a ton of information.  Whether you go on my website or if you come in my office, you’re going to see a bankruptcy book, Chapter 7 Success, which I wrote.  I’ve also written other books, too.  What I find is an educated consumer is someone that I can help even more because they know where I’m coming from, they have a general understanding of the process, and what I did was I wrote the book not for attorneys – I wrote it for clients.  So the book takes about 25 minutes to read.  I wrote a pretty short book and then a longer book, but 25 minutes over somebody’s weekend or someone’s evening is not going to take a lot of time out of their life, but it’s going to give what they need to know to have a successful case with an attorney, but they’ll know what kind of documentation they need to provide.  They’ll know what they need to say to creditors if they call.
