Lawyers’ fees for bankruptcy representation are varied.  There are some attorneys that charge a flat fee which includes every aspect of the representation.  There are other attorneys that divide their fees into separate service areas.  For example, a basic fee may include everything or it may exclude representation of adversarial complaints.  As a consumer who is struggling with debt, it is important to know exactly what type of representation you are going to receive.
