Union seeks to transfer Patriot Coal bankruptcy to W Va - SteelGuru

The United Mineworkers Association of America, the labor union that represents thousands of Patriot Coal Corporation employees and retirees is asking the judge overseeing the coal producer's bankruptcy to transfer the case from New York to southern West Virginia.
