Bankruptcy trustee to be appointed soon for Perkins parent company

At a hearing Tuesday before Judge Thomas Agresti in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Erie, attorneys for Unique Ventures, its creditors and the federal government told Agresti that a trustee to oversee the case should be appointed within the next few weeks.
