NORFOLK, Va. (AP) — The historic Carter's Grove mansion near Williamsburg is in serious disrepair. The Virginian-Pilot (http://bit.ly/JwHPfz ) says a grim picture of the 257-year-old landmark has emerged in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Norfolk.
