The sale of the plant from ERP Iron Ore to Altos Hornos de Mexico, a Mexico-based steel manufacturer, was supposed to be finalized Oct. 24. Instead, the District of Minnesota United States Bankruptcy Court has scheduled an evidentiary hearing to start Nov.
