Man files third bankruptcy to get out of Luzerne County back-tax auction

Northeast Revenue later obtained permission from a bankruptcy judge to lift the auction ban, but Nemeth convinced a county judge to remove the property from a November 2013 auction, saying he was selling another property to pay the outstanding taxes.
