Detroit Automatic Stay Ruling

Continuing our coverage of the Detroit bankruptcy, it's being reported that Bankruptcy Judge Rhodes has ruled that the automatic stay extends to cover the progress of the suit regarding the constitutionality of the Detroit bankruptcy filing.
