Jamie Dimon, chairman and chief executive of JPMorgan Chase, jumped into the growing debate Wednesday over how consumer data is collected and used, responding to concerns about stolen Facebook data.

Berkery, the chairman of UBS Bank USA, will be succeeded by Michael Blum. Berkery, a Merrill Lynch alum, was part of the turnaround team at UBS' wealth management unit, and during her tenure, the lending book at its bank more than doubled in size.
