Order:
The April 29, 2024 hearing is canceled, based on the correspondence filed April 29, 2024, by the debtor's proposed counsel and the lack of any timely filed objections to the motions and application set to be heard at that hearing.

The court will hold a final hearing on the debtor's motion for authority to use cash collateral on

Friday, May 3, 2024, at 2:30 p.m.
, in room 133 of the United States Courthouse, 517 East Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202. Each participating party (or a representative thereof) and counsel for each participating party must appear in person unless the court orders otherwise. Based on the parties' reported agreement, the "Interim Period" specified in the preliminary order on the motion (ECF No. 38, at 2) is extended through May 3, 2024. Computershare Trust Company must file any objection to the motion by no later than
noon on Thursday, May 2, 2024
. The court or chambers staff may cancel this hearing by docket order or notice if Computershare does not timely object and the parties file a proposed final agreement and order on the motion.

The debtor must promptly file proposed orders for any final relief on its "first-day" motions (other than its motion with respect to the use of cash collateral), which the court will review and enter no earlier than Wednesday, May 1, 2024. See Fed. R. Bankr. P. 6003 (limiting the court's authority to issue orders granting certain relief "within 21 days after the filing of the petition").

The debtor must also promptly file proof of service of its utility-service motion under 11 U.S.C. §366 (and notice of an appropriate time to object to or request a hearing on that motion) on the utilities listed in the exhibit attached to that motion, as that motion and the previously filed notice appear to have been served only on those parties listed in the mailing matrix for the case, and not all of listed utilities are included on the mailing matrix. Compare ECF No. 56, at 14, with ECF No. 69, at 3-4.
