Based upon this investigation and after conferring with counsel, the trustee determined that only the contract with Kaar Investment, LLC ("Kaar") had any potential for recovery for the estate. The recovery under the Kaar contract was obtained through a compromise and settlement of claims in which the trustee received a settlement payment of $18,987.16.
