ORDER by Judge Mashburn : With regard to docket entry # 129, the Debtor has filed a motion to establish a bar date for certain administrative expenses. The motion is granted in part and denied in part. The Debtor is authorized to give notice that a bar date of August 15, 2017, is established for requests for allowance of administrative claims in this case (except for the excluded administrative claims identified in the motion). However, the remainder of the motion is denied because (a) it establishes an unnecessarily complicated procedure for a case of this size, (b) it varies from the normal "if objection" process for administrative claimants under LBR 9013-1 without sufficient justification, (c) it would require certain parties to revert to a paper filing process with no justification for not utilizing the normal electronic filing procedures uniformly required in this Court, and (d) it would unnecessarily impose certain obligations on the Clerk of the Court. Accordingly, the Debtor may serve notice that any requrests for allowance of an administrative claim must be filed pursuant to LBR 9013-1 by August 15, 2017, but the motion is otherwise denied.
