ORDER: Based on what was stated in open court, the Debtor is ordered, within ten (10) days, to amend the Disclosure Statement and the Plan addressing the following: 1.Correct the Debtor's name throughout the Disclosure Statement and Plan. 2. Correct the classification of claims in the Disclosure Statement and Plan so that the classes identified in each document are consistent and correspond to one another. 3. Amend the Plan to provide the name and compensation of each insider. 4. Provide a detailed breakdown of the payments to be made to creditors within each class. 5.Provide additional details regarding the expenses in the cash flow projections. 6.Provide a detailed breakdown of each class, including the creditors or claims comprising each class and the treatment and distributions to be received by each class.7.Correct the Plan with respect to the period over which priority claims will be paid, in accordance with 11 U.S.C. § 1129(a)(9)(C). Upon the filing of the amended Disclosure Statement and amended Plan, a new hearing on final approval of the amended Disclosure Statement and amended Plan will be scheduled.
