P. 1014(a)(2) and transfer of this case to the venue of the District Court of the Virgin Islands Bankruptcy Division is the appropriate course of action under both for the convenience of the parties test and the interest of justice standard pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1412. It is Ordered that this Involuntary case pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico be transferred to District Court of the Virgin Islands Bankruptcy Division.
