ORDER: On October 8, 2008, creditor Westernbank filed a Motion to withdraw funds (Docket #221). The same was granted at the hearing held on November 17, 2008. However, the amount of $217,710.54 was excepted. See Docket #252. The amount is still consigned with the Court. The Court notes that the Chapter 7 Trustee filed a Final Report on May 12, 2016 (Docket #352). In view of the foregoing, the Court orders parties in interest to move the Court within thirty (30) days regarding entitlement to said funds. Upon failure to file any request, the amounts shall be transferred by the Clerk to the unclaimed funds account. The Clerk shall close the case after disposition of the instant matter.
