ORDER DISMISSING CASE: On June 18, 2019, the debtor moved to voluntarily dismiss the case. (Docket No. 210.) The U.S. Trustee opposed, stating that the debtor must pay all outstanding quarterly fees. (Docket Nos. 212 & 218.) The debtor responded that it was not able to comply, as the debtor ceased operations after the sale of its assets. (Docket No. 219.) A failure to pay quarterly fees, however, is grounds for dismissal of a bankruptcy case, not grounds to deny a request for voluntary dismissal. See 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b)(4)(K).
