TEXT ORDER: As a result of an update to Judge Taddonio's general procedures, non-evidentiary hearings will now be conducted via Zoom video conference. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the telephonic hearing on the Motion to Dismiss Case [Dkt. No.103] which is currently scheduled for October 8, 2020, shall now be conducted as a Zoom Video Conference Hearing. All parties wishing to appear at the Video Conference Hearing must pre-register by submitting a registration form via the link published on Judge Taddonio's website by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day prior to the scheduled hearing. Because the registration form is unique to each hearing date, participants must register using the link that corresponds to the correct hearing date. As Judge Taddonio's docket transitions from telephonic hearings to video hearings during the month of October, parties may participate in the above-referenced matter either by telephone or by video, provided that they comply with Judge Taddonios Modified Procedures for Remote Participation (as recently modified). After October 31, 2020, telephonic participation will no longer be available for Judge Taddonios hearings without leave of the Court.
