THIS MATTER comes before the Court pursuant to the Application for Payment of Unclaimed Funds (the "Application") filed by Schlumberger Holdings Corporation, as assignee of Dowell Schlumberger ("Claimant"), on May 28, 2019. The Court has reviewed the file and has determined that service of the Application is defective in that Schlumberger Holdings Corporation, as assignee of Dowell Schlumberger, has failed to provide service in accordance with Local Rule 3011-1(B). Applicant is directed to Local Rule 3011-1, which is available on the Court's website.
