ORDER SETTING HEARING AND ADVICE TO THE PARTIES. This matter comes before the Court pursuant to the Trustee's Motion to Sell Oil and Gas Properties Free and Clear of All Liens, Claims and Encumbrances Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363 (the "Motion"), filed by Patrick J. Malloy, Trustee, at Docket No. 62. A hearing is scheduled December 15, 2015, at 10:00 AM at Courtroom # 2, 1st Floor, 224 South Boulder Avenue, Tulsa OK to consider the Motion. The Court has reviewed the Motion. Upon review, the Court wishes to advise the Trustee that the December 15, 2015, hearing shall take place even if there are no objections to the Motion. At that hearing, the Trustee should be prepared to present all legal and factual authority in support of the Motion, including, but not limited to, legal authority to support the subordination of claims contained in the Motion, factual authority showing benefit to the creditors of the estate as a result of the proposed sale, as well as his analysis regarding the validity of the claim of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.
