Order and Final Decree Granting Final Report And Motion for Entry of Final Decree (Related Doc # [530]) Signed on 8/26/2026. This matter is before the Court on the Final Report and Motion for Entry of Final Decree (the Motion) (Doc. 530) filed by The Bellevue Hospital, the reorganized debtor (the Debtor). Through the Motion and pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 350(a) and Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3022, the Debtor requests the entry of a final decree (a) closing this chapter 11 case, (b) terminating the claims and noticing services of Kroll Restructuring Administration, LLC (Kroll), and (c) granting related relief. It is therefore ORDERED as follows:1.The final report contained in the Motion is approved.2.This chapter 11 case is closed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 350(a), effective as of the entry of this order, subject to the completion of the matters described below.3.Kroll shall serve a copy of this order on parties who have appeared or requested notice, the UST, the twenty largest unsecured creditors, and all creditors who filed proofs of claim or were otherwise scheduled by the Debtor as holder of an undisputed, liquidated and non-contingent claim, and shall file a certificate of service.4.The Debtor shall file a final post-confirmation report covering the period through the date of this order and shall pay any remaining fees due under 28 U.S.C. § 1930(a)(6) within ten (10) business days of the issuance of the related invoice by the United States Trustee. 5.Upon the completion of the service described in paragraph 3 and the filing by counsel for the Debtor of a certification substantially in the form attached to the Motion as Exhibit B, the claims and noticing services of Kroll are terminated. Thereafter, Kroll shall have no further obligations to the Court, the Debtor, or any other party in interest as claims and noticing agent, except that Kroll shall (a) provide the Clerk with a certified duplicate of the official claims register upon the request of the Clerk, (b) archive all proofs of claim with the Federal Archives Record Administration, if applicable, as required by the order appointing Kroll (Doc. 76), and (c) forward to the Debtor any mail it receives regarding the Debtor.6.Entry of this order is without prejudice to the rights of the Debtor, the United States Trustee, or any other party in interest to seek to reopen this case for cause pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 350(b), including in the event of an unresolved dispute over the payment of fees under 28 U.S.C. § 1930(a)(6).7.The Court retains jurisdiction over all matters arising from or related to the implementation, interpretation, or enforcement of this order.
