TEXT ORDER: On August 4, 2026, the Court held a hearing (the "Hearing") on Confirmation of the Debtors Amended Chapter 11 Small Business Subchapter V Plan (the "Plan" at Doc. 110), Nextgear Capital, Inc.s Objection to Confirmation of the Amended Plan of Reorganization (Doc. 115), United States Trustees Objection to Debtors Small Business Plan of Reorganization (Doc. 116), and Statement of Subchapter V Trustee Regarding Confirmation of Debtors Plan of Liquidation (Doc. 117, and, collectively with Doc. 115 and 116, the "Objections"). As directed on the record, Debtors response in further support of confirmation addressing the legal issues raised in the Objections to the Plan is to be filed by August 26, 2026, and any secured creditors supplement regarding floor plan financing and security interests is to be filed by August 26, 2026, and responses, if any, to the aforementioned briefs are to be filed by September 9, 2026.
