As directed at the Hearing, Debtor is directed to: (i) circulate Insurance Certificates reflecting insurance coverage on each parcel of real property owned by Debtor to each secured creditor requesting such information, and the United States Trustee by June 22, 2026; (ii) file all outstanding Monthly Operating Reports by June 29, 2026; and (iii) file a Supplement to the Motion detailing Debtors proposed marketing procedures, bidding procedures and auction sale procedures by June 29, 2026. Additionally, to the extent any secured creditor that has filed a motion for relief from the automatic stay desires to submit a reply to opposition filed by the Debtor, such reply shall be filed on or before June 29, 2026. The Hearing is adjourned to July 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and will be held either in-person at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York located at the James M. Hanley U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building, 100 South Clinton Street, Syracuse, NY OR by video via Teams, for which pre-registration is required by 3:00 PM one business day before the hearing.
