Order of the Court

The Court has reviewed the Objection of Kevin Curtis to the Trustees Final Report and Application for Compensation. Mr. Curtis alleges that he was in essence maliciously injured or defrauded by the Debtor and he objects to the discharge of the amount owed to him. As the Trustee explains in his response, Springfield Sunrooms, LLC as an entity is not entitled to a discharge of any of its debts but the time for filing objections or exceptions to discharge in the individual bankruptcy case of the owner of Springfield Sunrooms has already expired. Since the objection does not challenge the merits of the Trustees Final Report, and since the Court has reviewed the Final Report and Application for Compensation and finds it to be in proper order and reasonable under the circumstances, the Court overrules the objection without a need for further hearing. The Trustees Motion to Expedite is hereby DENIED as moot.
