TO THE DEBTOR NORTH EAST FREIGHTWAYS LLC, THE TRUSTEE IS AUTHORIZED TO EFFECTUATE THE SALE OF THE TRAILER BY ENDORSING, TRANSFERRING OR ASSIGNING THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE, WHICH STANDS IN THE NAME OF LANDAIR EXPRESS OF NEW ENGLAND, LTD. TO THE WINNING BIDDER. THE TRUSTEE SHALL HOLD THE PROCEEDS IN ESCROW PENDING FURTHER ORDER OF THE COURT. FOR GOOD CAUSE SHOWN, THE 14-DAY STAY OF THIS ORDER PURSUANT TO FED. R. BANKR.
