Order, ORDER. As stated in court on September 29, 2026, the City of Chicagos Motion For a Finding of Civil Contempt Against Douglas Belofsky and to Compel Production (Dkt. No. 845) is GRANTED. Belofskys sustained noncompliance with multiple orders warrants a finding of contempt. Any otherwise applicable privilege[s] that might excuse turnover under 11 U.S.C. § 542(e) are deemed waived. To purge the contempt, Belofsky must furnish the City with all his recorded information that relat[es] to the [Debtors] property or [their] financial affairs. (Id.) This is so even if the recorded information also relates to an entity or individual other than Debtors.
