While the Court is very sympathetic to counsel's medical concerns, counsel did not comply with Local Rule 9014-2(d) for emergency submissions filed after the deadline set by Local Rule 9014-2(c). Filing a motion for reconsideration after late submissions are stricken is no substitute for complying with the Court's emergency submission procedure. Contrary to footnote 1 of the motion, the reply [Dkt. No. 164] was not filed prior to the 4:30 p.m. deadline. The Court's records reflect that the reply was filed at 5:06 p.m. The debtor's argument that its supplemental memorandum [Dkt. No. 165] is not subject to the deadline provided in Local Rule 9014-2(c) is frivolous. Local Rule 9014-2 is clearly designed to prohibit all last-minute filings in connection with matters set for hearing. The supplemental memorandum was filed in support of the debtor's own motion to strike and objection to the section 1111(b) election of IOU Central Inc. [Dkt. No. 118], which objection/motion was set for hearing less than 48 hours later, and the supplemental memorandum is to a great extent a reply to a filed response by IOU Central Inc. [Dkt. No. 150] in connection with closely related matters set at the same time. There is no reasonable argument that the supplemental memorandum is not an objection or a response to objection covered by the Local Rule. For these reasons, the Emergency Motion [Dkt.
