By separate notice of hearing, the Court set for hearing the 243 Expedited Motion to Approve to Determine Writ of Garnishment Served by Custos Funding is Void in Violation of Barton Doctrine and for Sanctions Filed by Other Professional Soneet R Kapila. It is ORDERED as follows:

1. Notwithstanding any Local Rule to the contrary, any response to the request for relief must be filed and served not later than 4:00 p.m., seven calendar days before the hearing. No further briefs are permitted.

2. Any response filed after the deadline may be stricken. A party who does not file a timely response may not argue in opposition at the hearing. The Court may disregard any argument not presented in a timely response. No reservation of rights or similar language will extend the deadline. If no timely response is filed, the Court may cancel the hearing and rule on the request for relief.

3. Each response: (a) may not exceed 5 pages excluding any attached certificate of service and excluding exhibits; (b) may not incorporate by reference any other document, except that a party may file a joinder adopting in full a response filed by another party; and (c) must be double-spaced in font no smaller than 12 point, with a minimum of one-inch margins on all sides. Affiliated or related parties must file a joint response unless there is a conflict.
