It is ORDERED as follows: 1. Notwithstanding any Local Rule to the contrary, any response to the request for relief must be filed and served not later than 4:00 p.m., seven calendar days before the hearing. No further briefs are permitted. 2. Any response filed after the deadline may be stricken. A party who does not file a timely response may not argue in opposition at the hearing.
