In order to limit transmission of COVID-19, the Court has determined to hold only telephonic hearings in all pending cases, starting on Monday, March 16, 2020, until further notice. All trials and evidentiary hearings will be canceled, except for evidentiary hearings typically held shortly after the filing of chapter 11 cases, such as motions for use of cash collateral and motions seeking approval of financing, in which cases evidentiary presentation shall be limited to filed affidavits and offers of proof. All previously noticed non-evidentiary hearings including all matters on the weekly motion calendars will take place as scheduled but all parties must appear by telephone.
