re: 104 Confirmation Hearing Re: Second Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization. In order to limit transmission of COVID-19, the Court has determined to hold only telephonic hearings in all pending cases, , until further notice. All trials and evidentiary hearings will be canceled, except for evidentiary hearings typically held shortly after the filing of chapter 11 cases, such as motions for use of cash collateral and motions seeking approval of financing, in which cases evidentiary presentation shall be limited to filed affidavits and offers of proof. All previously noticed non-evidentiary hearings including all matters on the weekly motion calendars will take place as scheduled but Anyone wishing to appear by telephone who has not yet arranged for telephone appearance should as soon as possible. With regard to any matter previously set for non-evidentiary hearing, the movant or other party required to provide notice of the hearing shall provide a copy of this order to all affected parties and shall file a supplemental certificate of service.
