SCHEDULING ORDER: On July 13, 2018, the court held an impromptu scheduling conference via telephone at the request of the various debtors' counsel in the cases referenced below. Counsel for each debtor and for Connect REO, LLC, the major creditor in each of the cases, agreed that they could not reasonably comply with the deadline imposed by the court in earlier Scheduling Orders but they represented they were continuing to try to resolve the major disputed issues in the case, in good faith. While the court reminds the parties the way to seek relief is to file written motions, and the court remains concerned about the passage of time with no discernible progress being made toward a confirmable Chapter 11 plan, the court's earlier Scheduling Orders in the various cases (In re: Post East, Case No. 16-50848; In re Uncas, LLC, Case No. 16-50849; and, In re Michael Calise, Case No. 16-51070) will be modified as follows:

ORDERED: That, the deadline for the Debtor to file a dispositive motion is extended to July 19, 2018; and it is further

SCHEDULING ORDER: On June 29, 2018, the court held an impromptu scheduling conference via telephone at the request of the various debtors' counsel in the cases referenced below. Counsel for each debtor and for Connect REO, LLC, the major creditor in each of the cases, agreed that they could not reasonably comply with the deadline imposed by the court in earlier Scheduling Orders due, in part, to circumstances which the courts finds credible. Accordingly, the court's earlier Scheduling Orders in the various cases (In re: Post East, Case No. 16-50848; In re Uncas, LLC, Case No. 16-50849; and, In re Michael Calise, Case No. 16-51070) is modified as follows:

ORDERED: That, the deadline for the Debtor to file a dispositive motion is extended to July 13, 2018; and it is further
ORDERED: That, on August 8, 2018, at 11:30 a.m., the Debtor shall appear and show cause why this case should not be dismissed or converted to a case under chapter 7 for the reason that, among other reasons, the Debtor has failed to propose a confirmable Chapter 11 plan of reorganization within a reasonable time;
