CLERK'S OFFICE NOTICE: On October 5, 2026, Attorney Luke Liacos filed a Motion to Appear as a Visiting Attorney along with an Affidavit from the Visiting Attorney (ECF No. 6) in an unflattened format containing active programming elements, in violation of the Administrative Procedures for Electronic Case Filing, Sections 7(a) and 7(b) of Appendix A of the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure for the District of Connecticut.

In addition, the Motion and Affidavit are not signed. Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9011(a) requires every pleading to be signed and provides that an unsigned paper must be stricken unless the omission is promptly corrected after being called to the attention of the attorney or party. Although electronic transmission of a document through CM/ECF constitutes the CM/ECF Filer’s signature, Section 11(c) of Appendix A to the Local Rules of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut requires an electronically filed document to contain a signature block that includes, among other required information, a signature line containing “/s/ Name” where the filer’s signature would otherwise appear. Here, neither the Motion or Affidavit contains a signature as required by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9011(a) and Appendix A, Section 11(c).

Because a compliant document has not been filed, no further action will be taken regarding the Motion to Appear as a Visiting Attorney, filed as ECF No. 6. (gr) (Entered: 10/06/2026)
