As the Court noted in its Order on another motion earlier today (ECF No. 77 ), the Court will expect in the future that the Debtor will only use CSD 1181 when the Debtor is serving all creditors. Employment applications, however, do not need to be served on all creditors and so that is not an impediment to the Court granting it. The Court has reviewed the unopposed employment application and finds good cause supports it. The Court therefore grants it and vacates the June 25, 2026 hearing date. The Debtor may submit an order.
