(no separate order issued:) This case is scheduled to come before the court on December 10, 2024 for a hearing on the First and Final Application for Compensation filed by Arch & Beam Global LLC ("A&B") (Dkt. 883; the "Application"). The Application has drawn opposition from the United States Trustee (Dkt. 932). A&B filed a Supplemental Declaration in support of the Application on December 6, 2024 (Dkt. 939). The court has carefully reviewed the Application, Notice of Hearing (Dkt. 890; "NOH"), and certificate of service (Dkt. 894), as well as the United States Trustee's Opposition, A&B's Supplemental Declaration, and other relevant portions of the record. Based on that analysis, the court finds and concludes that the Application and NOH were properly served, and that all necessary parties have received an adequate opportunity to object to the relief sought. The court further finds and concludes that this contested matter is appropriate for resolution without oral argument, as authorized by B.L.R. 9013-2(a). The court further finds and concludes that the fees and expenses for which interim and final approval is sought in the Application (as modified and explained by the Supplemental Declaration) are reasonable, and the services rendered by A&B provided benefit to the bankruptcy estate and were necessary to the efficient administration of the bankruptcy estate, and should be allowed, consistent with 11 U.S.C. § 330. Accordingly, the court orders as follows: (1) The Application will be approved on an interim and final basis as to fees totaling $102,946.60 and as to costs or expenses totaling $0.00. (2) A&B shall promptly upload an order consistent with this Docket Text Order. (3) The December 10 hearing is hereby vacated.
