TerreStar wins approval of Dish-backed bankruptcy plan

Judge Sean H. Lane of the US Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan approved TerreStar's plan to divvy up the proceeds from the sale of its business to Dish, according to its bankruptcy lawyer Ira S. Dizengoff of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld.
