Two Real Properties for Auction in Alabama

Auction Sale of two real properties, and more legally described as follows:

• That certain tract or parcel of land described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the East half of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, Township 8, Range 5 East; thence South along East boundary line of East half of SW 1/4 of said Section to the intersection with the North right-of-way of said highway to the mid point of the intersections of said right-of-way with the East and West boundary lines of the East half of the Southwest forth of said section; thence in a Northerly direction in a straight line to a point 220 yards West of the Northeast comer of said East half of the SW 1/4 of said Section; thence East 220 yards to point of beginning, containing 22 1/2 acres, more or less, in the East half of Southwest of Section 29, Township 8, Range 5 East In Marshall County, Alabama; and
• Twenty-Three and one-half (23 1/2) acres off the South wide of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and Four and two-thirds (4-2/3) acres on the South side of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 8 South, Range 5 East and containing in all 28 acres, more or less and lying and being in DeKalb County, Alabama. AND ALSO: Twenty (20) acres, more or less off the North side of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 8 South, Range 5 East, situated in DeKalb County, Alabama.
