Sale of 2 parcels of land located in Pike County, Alabama. The legal description of parcels is given below:

Parcel 1:
The West half of Southwest quarter, less five acres making the road leading from Brundidge to Linewood the line, and the Southwest quarter of Northwest quarter, Section 10 and the Northeast quarter of Southwest quarter of Section 9, all in Township 9 North, Range 22 East, containing 155 acres, more or less, and being the same property conveyed to D. L. Helms by deed recorded in Book 43, at Page 249 and known as the Fryer Place.

Parcel 2:
A parcel of land described in Deed Book 26 on page 209 as follows: East half of Northeast quarter of Section 15 and South half of Southeast quarter Section 10 also one acre in Northwest center of Northeast quarter of Southeast quarter, Section 15, all in Township 9, Range 22, containing 161 acres, more or less and situated in Pike County, Alabama
