Sale of real property consisting of approximately 19.5 acres located in Clarendon County, South Carolina, more particularly described as:

All of that certain tract of land, with improvements thereon, lying, being and situate a short distance Northwest of US Highway 301 approximately 2 miles Northeast of the village of Sardinia in School District Number 3 of the County of Clarendon, State of South Carolina, containing 27.95 acres according. to a division plat made by James B. Floyd. Surveyor revised and traced February 3, 1961. recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Clarendon County in Plat Book 16 at Page 177 and identified thereon as the Virgil Parker tract and bounded thereon as follows: On the Northeast by lands of Shelton Parker; on the Southeast by lands of Shelton Parker and formerly by US Highway 301 and now of Kennie and Rose Marie McKenzie; on the Southwest by lands of E.W. Odom and by lands of Hugh McCutcheon; on the Northwest by lands of Hugh McCutcheon. LESS AND EXCEPT: 1 acre cut from the Southeast corner thereof on US Highway 301 at a dirt avenue leading to the rear portion of said tract and conveyed to Hertel C. Coker, et al by deed dated October 24, 1968, recorded in the Deed BookA-32 at Page 92 and shown on a revised plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3 2 at Page 83. 9.36 acres cut from the Southeast portion of said tract being remainder of frontage on US Highway and conveyed to Nelson Welch to Kennie and Rose Marie McKenzie by deed dated June 8, 1977, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Clarendon County in Deed Book A-79 at Page 548 according to a plat thereof made by T.G. Gamble. RLS, dated June 6, 1977, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Clarendon County in Plat Book 30 at Page 3. Said premises being a portion of lands conveyed to Harris D. Welch by deed of A. Nelson Welch a/k/a Nelson A. Welch a/k/a Nelson Welch, dated May J 9. 1987, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Clarendon County in Deed BookA-144 at Page 337, TMS# 281-00-01-008.
