• The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE¼SW¼) of Section Eleven (11), Township Ninety-six (96) North, Range Fifty (50) West of the Fifth P.M., Lincoln County, South Dakota, according to the government survey thereof;
• The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW¼SW¼) of Section Eleven (11), Township Ninety-six (96) North, Range Fifty (50) West of the Fifth P.M., Lincoln County, South Dakota, according to the government survey thereof; and
• The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W½SE¼) of Section Eleven (11), Township Ninety-six (96) North, Range Fifty (50) West of the Fifth P.M., Lincoln County, South Dakota, Except the South 27 acres of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W½SE¼) and Except Pleasant Valley School Tract One (1) in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW¼SE¼ ) of Section Eleven (11), Township Ninety-six (96) North, Range Fifty (50), West of the Fifth P.M., Lincoln County, South Dakota, according to the government survey thereof.
