Approximately 107 Real Properties for Sale

Sale assets of CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. and its seller affiliates (collectively, the “Sellers,” and together with their non-seller subsidiaries and affiliates, “CBL” or the “Company”).

The Company’s owned and managed portfolio consists of interests in 107 properties (the “Properties”), which total approximately 67 million square feet across 26 states. Although CBL leases retail and other space at their Properties to a range of tenants and seeks to maximize occupancy in their Properties, not all of the Properties are productive to the sellers estate. Additionally, CBL owns outparcels or vacant land adjacent to another Property, where leasing is not value maximizing or practical. Consequently, the seller periodically market and sell Properties (or, in most instances, portions of Properties comprised of outparcels or vacant land) in the ordinary course of business and intend to continue doing so during the pendency of these chapter 11 cases
