East and a delta angle of 37 deg. 9 min. 14 sec. to a point on the southern right of way of the Yadkin Valley Railroad, said point being located south 0.58 feet from a 1 ΒΌ." solid iron, thence leaving the railroad right of way and running thence with the line of the Rufus R. Crater Heirs South 00 deg. 04 min. 40 sec. West through a 7/8" iron pipe at 17.07 feet a total distance of 247.87 feet to a concrete monument on the south side of a ditch; thence still with the Crater Heirs' line South 70 deg. 15 min. 23 sec. West 331.83 feet to a 6" concrete monument; thence still with Crater Heirs' line South 69 deg. 30 min. 23 sec. West 101.49 feet to a 2" iron pipe in the ditch; thence still with the Crater Heirs' line South 63 deg. 53 min. 18 sec. West 378.26 feet to a 6" concrete monument on the east side of Clingman Road, said concrete monument being located 28.8 feet from the centerline of Clingman Road; thence with the eastern right of way of Clingman Road North 16 deg. 01 min. 55 sec. West 476.24 feet to the point and place of beginning, containing 7.677 acres, more or less, as surveyed by James R. Smith, Jr., I-2722 on March 22, 1999, and being a new survey of that certain tract or parcel of land described in Deed Book 726 at page 222, Wilkes County Registry.
