The western half of Subdivision No. 2 of the Old Hotel Lot 129 in the City of Minden, Webster Parish, Louisiana, forty (40) feet on North Main Street, having same width on South Main Street, and extending from North Main Street to South Main Street, on which is located a brick building known as the Imperial Hotel, which lot is transferred with all improvements thereon and all rights thereto belonging; this being the same property acquired by Thomas Crichton, Jr., Trustee, from W.C. Fulbright (Vol. 95, page 290), conveyed to Mrs. Kate Jackson Crichton (Vol. 115, page 116) and subsequently inherited by Thomas Crichton, Jr. and Mrs. Kate Crichton Gredler from Mrs. Kate Jackson Crichton (Vol 177, page 230) and transferred from Thomas Crichton, III and John Crichton to The Inverness Co., Inc. on January 28, 1954, and recorded under Instrument No. 132704, Book 249, Page 410, and from Powell Crichton to The Inverness Co., Inc. and recorded under Instrument No. 132704, Book 250, Page 286, Parcel No. 110722.
