Working Interest and Claims for Sale

Sale of Working Interest and Claims, described as below:

• Working Interest for $16,500.00: The seller's estate consists of a small (less than 1%) working interest in the Emily Bell wells located in Reeves County, Texas (the “Emily Bell Working Interest”); and
• Claims for $158,500.00: The seller's include all right, title, interest, privileges and claims which APC holds or may be entitled to receive in the claims and causes of action defined as the “Emily Bell/Discovery Claims” in one certain instrument titled Assignment of Claims dated February 5, 2019 between Arabella Exploration, LLC (“AEX”), Arabella Operating, LLC (“AOC”) and APC (the “Claims”).
