Rights to Commissions from Insurance Policies

Sale of the sellers rights to commissions from approximately 500 active catastrophic accident assistance polices (the “Policies”). A recent market analysis of the Policies obtained by the Trustee indicates the 500+ Policies have an annual premium of $77,580.50 in Canadian Dollars. Of that premium amount, seller is entitled to a 5% commission. The annual commissions are estimated to be approximately $3,877.00 per year or roughly $323.00 per month (Canadian). After conversion to U.S. Dollars, the estate has received commission payment over the past six months averaging $230.00.
