Remnant Assets of Real Estate Developer Business

Sale of remnants assets of Ute Lake Ranch, Inc., in property as of July 18, 2016, which have not heretofore been sold or abandoned by the Trustee, including, without limitation, all interests (if any) in:

• Any and all personal property, including (without limitation) any vehicles and trailers, located on the real property described in Exhibit A-1, attached hereto ("44 Lots").
• Any and all development rights related to the "Estates at Ute Lake Ranch'' subdivision and the 44 Lots, including any and all claims and causes of action related to development of the "Estates at Ute Lake Ranch" subdivision and the 44 Lots.
• Any and all development rights related to the golf course located at 12 Shores at Ute Lake and any and all claims related to development of the golf course.
• Any and all claims against any and all of the following entities, their affiliates, successors, and assigns: 12 Shores Club, Inc; Carma (Colorado), Inc; Carma Developers (Colorado), Inc;
• Brookfield Residential, Inc; Brookfield Residential Properties, Inc.
• Any and all contractual rights , including any and all rights to any leases, storage
• agreements, water use agreements, water sale agreements, easements, notes, mortgages, first rights of refusal, hunting right agreements and any other agreements as to which Ute Lake Ranch, Inc. is a party.
• The names, "Ute Lake Ranch, Inc.," "Ute Lake Ranch," "Estates at Ute Lake Ranch."
