Sale of the assets of the bankruptcy estate include seller's fifty (50%) percent interest in that movable property listed on debtor’s Schedule B 30 as Purchase Money Note executed by Kelvin and Jennifer Oatis (“Oatis”), dated October 16, 2014 payable in monthly installments of $560.00, with an approximate balance of $47,840.00, which Promissory Note (“Promissory Note”) was issued in connection with a Warranty Deed on property bearing municipal address 201 E. Olive Street, Magnolia, MS 39652, and more described in Exhibit A on the attached PDF.
